George Baltimore '100 percent' with TCU

Ask three-star safety George Baltimore (Mansfield, Texas/Mansfield), and TCU’s off-the-field issues and minor upset of a loss to Iowa State aren't close to being enough to sway him.
Baltimore, who committed to the Horned Frogs in June, said he is still 100 percent with TCU and is looking forward to being a contributor on a defense that statistically is ranked among the top three in the Big 12 Conference.
