Tyus Bowser juggling six offers, hoops

DUNCANVILLE, Texas – Defensive end Tyus Bowser (Tyler, Texas/John Tyler) played three consecutive days of football – in near-triple-digit temperatures – at the Texas State 7-on-7 Championships in College Station, Texas. Thursday through Sunday, he helped John Tyler win the Division I consolation tournament championship.
And where was Bowser on Sunday? Suited up in basketball uniform helping his AAU team, Next Generation Texas, win the 300-team Great American Shoot-Out in front of multiple college basketball scouts.
