ANGOLA, Ind. – Corey Winfield (St. Louis/Riverview Gardens) has six offers to his name, but he is looking to land his biggest on Saturday.
Oklahoma State will host the 6-foot-1, 175-pound cornerback on Friday, and Winfield is “highly interested” in the Cowboys. It will be Winfield’s first opportunity to meet the coaches, and that will be key in his recruitment.
“I’m going to have to be comfortable with the players and coaches,” Winfield said. “That’s the main point because they’ll be the people I’ll be with the next four years of college.”
