Prior to the weekend, Kansas commit Montell Cozart (Shawnee Mission, Kan./Bishop Miege) said he needed to examine the Jayhawks on the field to further monitor whether his commitment to the program was either soft or solid.
After attending KU’s spring game on Saturday, Cozart said he liked what he saw from the offense, and his commitment to the Jayhawks is still intact. “It’s always great to get up there and see how things are going,” Cozart said of his weekend venture. “We went to the spring game, and KU Blue [projected starting offense] looked great. It took me by surprise.
