It had been something he wavered all week: Attend the Texas A&M junior day or the Oklahoma State junior day?
At the beginning of the week, running back Johnny Jefferson (Killeen, Texas/Shoemaker) decided to attend A&M, but he changed his mind midway through the week. Oklahoma State was only hosting one junior day, while A&M will have another later in the spring.
Friday, Jefferson made one final switch, sticking with his original plans to go to A&M. The switch was parlayed into an offer, which led to a verbal commitment for the Aggies. Jefferson became the team’s eighth commitment and first running back of the 2013 class.
