Five-star defensive end Myles Garrett (Arlington, Texas/James Martin High) was presented his honorary 2014 Under Armour All-America High School Football game jersey Sept. 4.
"I really want to thank my coaches for sticking with me all the way through," Garrett said. "I want to thank the guys that came before me Danzel (Williams) and Devonte (Fields) for paving the way. I want to thank my teammates for being there with me, running with me, playing with me, struggling with me and helping me become a better man."
Garrett, the No. 7 overall prospect in the country, is one of 90 players selected to compete in the seventh-annual Under Armour All-America Game, which will be nationally televised at 4 p.m. ET on Jan. 2 at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Fla. on ESPN. He is considering Texas A&M, Alabama, Florida State and Ohio State.
