With a championship in his pocket, Jazzmar Clax is ready to immerse himself in recruiting.

Clax would like to do the same at Maryland, which he has named as the leading school for his services, though he said he's still open to all suitors. He added that distance from home isn't a factor but admitted that the 3 1/2-hour drive from home would be a benefit for family and friends who want to see him play. Clax is also fond of Maryland's 4-3 defensive scheme.
