Manalapan (N.J.) receiver Saeed Blacknall was offered by Maryland on Saturday.
"I'm beginning to learn about the program and already starting to build a great relationship with the coaches and I'm excited to have to opportunity to learn about the Terps," Blacknall said of the offer.
