New Kentucky coach Mark Stoops is making a big push in the state of Ohio, where he and his staff have deep roots. Cincinnati is just across the river from Kentucky, and the Wildcats will make the Queen City a priority when it comes to recruiting.
Four-star cornerback Jaleel Hytchye from Cincinnati La Salle was Stoops’ first commitment at Kentucky, and Stoops is hoping another Cincinnati-area commitment hops on board, too, possibly as early as this weekend.
