Stefan Houston and Arnold Blackmon have committed to sign as part of the Thundering Herd's 2013 class, according to multiple sources.
Houston's a 6-foot-2, 200-pound outside linebacker from Fork Union (Va.) Military Academy. He originally signed with Maryland in 2012 as a three-star prospect out of Clarksburg (Md.) High School.
At that time, ESPN wrote, "Houston is very productive as a tight end and linebacker; we see the playing speed for either position however his growth potential and athleticism appear best suited for the outside linebacker spot at the major level of competition."
