Three-star offensive lineman Alexander Officer is the (Rochester, N.Y./Eastridge) latest pledge to Pittsburgh.
Officer, ranked No. 3 overall in New York, committed to Pittsburgh on Saturday, he told ESPN.com in a text message.
The 6-foot-3, 322-pound guard officially visited Pittsburgh the weekend of Dec. 7.
Officer is the fourth offensive line commitment for the Panthers, whose class is headlined by No. 2 offensive tackle Dorian Johnson.
