Freshman or not, Rahshaun Smith has strong interest from yet another school.
"Just got a word in that Penn State will offer soon!" the underclassman from Towson (Md.) Calvert Hall said in a text message to ESPN on Thursday, which he sent after conferring with his high school coaches.
