Roman Clay (Lancaster, Pa./Lancaster Catholic) is ready to decide, and he will choose between the FBS and FCS.
The three-star running back sad he will make his commitment Friday night between FCS program Delaware and FBS program Kent State.
Clay likes the movement going on at Kent State, as former Ohio State assistant Darrell Hazell has the Golden Flashes ranked No. 17 in the BCS standings.
