A traditional rivalry could be the difference in Ryan Switzer's recruitment.
The four-star receiver from Charleston (W.Va.) George Washington said if he takes an official visit to Florida State it will be on Nov. 24 for the Florida game.
"I haven't decided yet," Switzer said in a text message, when asked if he'll take the trip.
Switzer has been committed to North Carolina since March but has expressed concern over off-field issues at the school. He cited family ties to North Carolina as his one of the primary reasons for committing to the Tar Heels but long called Florida State the leader before that decision. The Seminoles' coaches have continued to recruit Switzer aggressively.
The Florida State-Florida game could have huge implications if both teams continue playing well. A raucous crowd could also play in the Seminoles' favor in their recruitment of Switzer.
