One of the top uncommitted players in Pennsylvania is ready to make his announcement.
Four-star athlete Delton Williams (Erie, Pa./Cathedral Prep) will make a college decision Tuesday, he confirmed in a text message.
The 6-foot-1, 205-pound Williams will choose between Michigan State and West Virginia.
