David Williams (Philadelphia/West Catholic) picked up his ninth offer this week, but this one should not come as much of a surprise.
On Monday, Williams received an offer from Arizona State – and new coach Todd Graham. While the coach at Pittsburgh, Graham was one of the first to offer Williams, a member of the ESPNU 150 Watch List. Sun Devils assistant Mike Norvell reached out to Williams on Facebook to extend the offer.
“It was the first time I talked to him since they made the change [to Arizona State],” Williams said. “Coach Norvell is the main person I really talk to. I have a good relationship with him.”
