Derrick Green isn't thinking college recruiting but he is thinking about college.
The ESPN 150 tailback from Richmond (Va.) Hermitage won't be doing any interviews as he prepares for his college entrance exam this week, his mother, Fran Knight, told ESPN late Wednesday evening.

The East Region consists of the states of Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia and West Virginia. Programs from all over the country consider the East Region fertile recruiting territory and it's not uncommon for kids to sign with teams from the ACC, Big East, Big Ten and SEC.
