Not surprisingly, interest in freshman linebacker Rahshaun Smith continues to grow.
The linebacker from Towson (Md.) Calvert Hall who is nicknamed "Shaq" has recently been contacted by North Carolina, UCLA and Wisconsin.
The class of 2016 prospect already has scholarship offers from Maryland and Boston College. Also not surprisingly, the 6-foot-3, 230-pound Smith recently secured a starting position on his high school team.
Smith was often the talk of 7-on-7 passing camps this fall where he was a standout player despite being an eighth-grader.
