West Virginia might have landed its future quarterback Friday when it went into the fertile Pittsburgh area to land a dual-threat player.
Monessen (Pa.) quarterback Chavas Rawlins announced on his Facebook page around 1 p.m. ET Friday.
"It's official!! I'll be playing college football at the university of West Virginia," he wrote.
Rawlins is the fourth commitment of the Mountaineers' 2013 class and third Pennsylvania product in the fold.
