ESPNU 150 Watch List running back David Williams (Philadelphia) reported an offer from Nebraska in a text message to ESPN.com on Thursday.
"They popped in my tape and fell in love," Williams wrote.
Williams, a 6-foot-1, 183-pound back with legitimate 4.4 speed, is drawing interest from programs across the country and has an impressive offer list already. Williams does not report any favorites but has offers from the likes of Notre Dame, Ohio State, Penn State, Wisconsin and more.
