Philadelphia running back David Williams, a member of the ESPNU 150 Watch List, picked up an offer on Sunday from nearby Penn State.
Williams, who now holds 15 offers, visited Penn State this weekend for its junior day.
"They were great, felt real comfortable," Williams said of the new coaches at Penn State.
