Switzer gets coveted offer from WVU

The home-state team finally came through.
Ryan Switzer from Charleston (W.V.) George Washington received a scholarship offer from West Virginia during its junior day on Saturday. The ESPNU 150 Watch List prospect grew up rooting for the Mountaineers and his family often traveled to their home games.
West Virginia, however, has been in no rush to offer Switzer, who already has a bevy of scholarship offers from around the nation. He has long said Florida State is the school that most stands out among his suitors.
