There is very little -- if any – down time in the world of college football recruiting.
Ohio State coach Urban Meyer made that clear during his press conference Wednesday to announce the school's 2012 recruiting class.
“We are now knee deep into the 2013 kids,” Meyer told the assembled media. “We've already had a junior day. We've been on the phone all day with a lot of guys.”

The East Region consists of the states of Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia and West Virginia. Programs from all over the country consider the East Region fertile recruiting territory and it's not uncommon for kids to sign with teams from the ACC, Big East, Big Ten and SEC.
