As the spring and summer travel season fastly approaches, I have been going over what I want to focus on when evaluating and grading prospects. There are five areas -- talent, skill, feel, potential and, most important, production.

Talent
What is your talent level based on age, height, weight, athleticism, speed, quickness, mental toughness etc.
