PHILADELPHIA -- I am not a big fan of all-star games, but Wayne Ellington's Philly All-Star Classic featured three games -- freshman, sophomore and junior -- with some of the most talented players from Pennsylvania.
2013, PG, 6-foot-3, 185 pounds
Jordan is a super-athletic guard who reminds me of a young Russell Westbrook thanks to his explosion and athletic ability. He is a solid scorer, a decent shooter with range to 19 feet and a very effective passer. Jordan's best attribute is his athleticism and he could develop into a star at the next level.
