Four-star center Isaac Haas (Piedmont, Ala./Hokes Bluff), the nation's No. 86 overall prospect, has decommitted from Wake Forest and committed to Purdue, giving coach Matt Painter his second ESPN 100 performer in the 2014 class. Haas joins ESPN 100 small forward Vincent Edwards in the Boilermakers' class.

Isaac Haas
Reggie Rankin/ESPNIsaac Haas should fit well on both ends for Purdue.
Why he committed: Haas is a great system fit for the Boilermakers. He is a true center who will excel in Painter's motion offense and physical man defense.

Starting 5: No one-and-done this time

This week's Starting 5 delves into Kentucky's newest point guard, the reasoning behind banning college coaches from non-scholastic workouts and wraps up the weekend that was.

UK, Ulis make long-term decisions
There's a process that happens each year: Kentucky looks for a new point guard. For John Calipari, the revolving door at the point began at Memphis and transitioned to Lexington. Calipari has targeted super-human No. 1 draft picks (Derrick Rose and John Wall) and plenty who proved to be human and went merely in the first round. Either way, the coach has been recruiting one-and-doners for more than a half decade.

Purdue coach Matt Painter received some good news on Saturday when ESPN 100 small forward Vincent Edwards (Middletown, Ohio/Middletown), ranked No. 83 overall, committed to the Boilermakers over offers from Dayton, Michigan and Xavier.

"I picked Purdue because it feels like home and I am very comfortable here," wrote Edwards via text from Saturday's Notre Dame-Purdue football game.

Why did he pick Purdue? And what will he bring to the Boilermakers? Let's break it down.
