Villanova added a late addition to its 2013 class on Tuesday when power forward Darryl Reynolds (Bala Cynwyd, Pa./Worcester Academy) committed to the Wildcats, he announced at a press conference.

Reynolds graduated from Lower Merion (Pa.) last spring before spending a prep year at Worcester (Mass.). He chose the Wildcats over South Carolina, Utah and Seton Hall.

Reynolds is the third 2013 recruit for Villanova, joining ESPN 100 prospects Kris Jenkins (Upper Marlboro, Md./Gonzaga College H.S.) and Josh Hart (Washington, D.C./Sidwell Friends).

ESPN 100 power forward Kris Jenkins (Washington, D.C./Gonzaga College) committed to Villanova head coach Jay Wright over the weekend and the skilled, big-bodied forward will be a matchup problem in the rough and tough Big East.

"I took an unofficial visit to Villanova last Sunday. Coach Wright and his staff showed me how I would fit and after talking it over with my mom, dad and coach [Steve] Turner we thought is was just to good to pass up. I want to major in communications in order to get on TV one day," Jenkins said.

His versatility and basketball IQ is what makes him special. The No. 70 overall player in the 2013 class can face up and stretch the defense or post and punish small forwards, although Jenkins is only 6-foot-5. Jenkins can play power forward and even some small forward in certain lineups. Wright did a good job by stressing how Jenkins would fit in the system and how the Wildcats would help him get into great shape.
