CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The Charlotte Hoops Challenge continues to grow, and a field of competitive teams both from inside North Carolina and beyond were in attendance. Here are some players who made an impression.

Most impressive: 6-foot-1 SG Jordan Watkins (Charlotte, N.C./Providence Day)
The Davidson signee was in control of the tempo and contributed 19 points in a close win against Hough. Watkins is quick and fast and is best with the ball in his hands and starting the transition game. When the games slows down, he sets up the offense while looking for opportunities from the defense. Watkins navigates well in pick and roll, as he has the ability to nail a 3-point shot from behind the screen.
