Rhode Island head coach Dan Hurley announced two early signees from the class of 2013 on Wednesday.

Inking with the Rams were ESPN 100 SG E.C. Matthews (Romulus, Mich./Romulus) and PF Hassan Martin (Staten Island, N.Y./Curtis).
