Los Angeles native Julian Harrell ended his recruitment over the weekend when he verbally committed to Pennsylvania, according to multiple sources.
ESPN Recruiting describes Harrell as a "winner who plays with relentless passion. He isn't quick enough to be a three yet, and he's a bit undersized for the four, but due to his feel for the game and a natural ability to score, he is definitely one to watch for the next level."
