Arlington Country Day (Jacksonville, Fla.) teammates Ian Baker (Washington, D.C.) and Carlos Morris (Jacksonville, Fla.) have decided to decommit from South Carolina and re-open thier recruitments.

Baker and Morris both chose the Gamecocks in August but did not sign letters of intent in November.

"This comes as no big surprise," said ESPN's Dave Telep. "When the early signing period passed and neither signed, it looked pretty obvious that the teammates would likely be heading in a different direction."

USC head coach Darrin Horn did sign one player in the early period, center Tyrone Haughton (Miami/Dr. Krop H.S.).
