Jerami Grant sticking with 'Cuse

The father of ESPNU 100 small forward Jerami Grant (Hyattsville, Md./DeMatha Catholic) told the Syracuse Post-Standard on Sunday that his son will honor his commitment to the Orange despite the firing of assistant coach Bernie Fine.

"Not at all," said Harvey Grant of the impact Fine's firing would have on his son. "He's fully 110 percent committed to Syracuse."

Grant went on to say his family has not spoken to the Orange staff since the allegations surfaced last week. Syracuse assistant coach Adrian Autry was the main recruiter for Jerami.

Syracuse also holds a letter of intent from ESPNU 100 center DaJuan Coleman (DeWitt, N.Y./Jamesville-DeWitt H.S.).
