Austin leads Top 10 Baylor class

ESPNU's No. 3 ranked player heads Baylor's 2012 signing class for head coach Scott Drew.

Center Isaiah Austin (Arlington, Texas/Grace Prep), along with point guard L.J. Rose (Houston, Texas/Westbury Christian) and center Chad Rykhoek (Fort Worth, Texas/Fort Worth Christian) all sent in thier signed letters of intent for Drew's 10th ranked class.

"Not only is this class among the top 10 nationally, it is even more importantly comprised of players with high character from great family backgrounds and are great students," Drew said.

Austin is the third consensus top-10 recruit in the last three years to sign with Baylor, joining sophomore PF Perry Jones III (2010) and freshman SF Quincy Miller (2011).

"Isaiah affects the game on both ends of the court and Baylor fans will love cheering for him," Drew said.
