ESPN's Adam Finkelstein reported on Thursday that forward Patricio Garino has verbally committed to George Washington.
Garino is a native of Argentina who played for his country's U19 national team in the FIBA world championships in 2011.
Finkelstein described Garino as "highly skilled, athletic and a great shooter with a high basketball I.Q."
Garino joins Greek power forward Kyprianos Maragkos (Blue Ridge School) and shooting guard Kethan Savage (Alexandria, Va./Episcopal H.S.) in the Colonials 2012 class.
