Florida State lands another ESPN 100

24 hours after getting a verbal commitment from ESPN 100 shooting guard Xavier Rathan-Mayes (Scarborough, Ont./Huntington Prep), the Seminoles struck again on Sunday night with a pledge from ESPN 100 power forward Jarquez Smith (Haddock, Ga./Jones County), according to sources.
