Louisiana Tech nabbed a verbal commitment from shooting guard Alex Hamilton on Sunday, ESPN.com has confirmed.
ESPN Recruiting Coordinator Mike LaPlante commented on the pledge.
"Alex is an absolute steal for Louisiana Tech as he has the size, skill level and athleticism of an SEC guard," LaPlante offered. "At 6-4 Hamilton's a big guard with a high basketball IQ and a great feel for the game.
