Point guard Devonte Graham (Raleigh, N.C./Broughton) verbally committed to Appalachian State on Tuesday, according to www.highschoolOT.com.
The 6-footer chose the Mountaineers over UNC-Wilmington, Richmond, Rhode Island and High Point.
"I think the situation at App right now is one where they don't really have a true point guard," Broughton head coach Jeff Ferrell told the site. "They're using combo guards and shooting guards at the point."
Graham joins shooting guard's Tymetrius Toney (Alpharetta, Ga./Alpharetta) and Aaron Scott (Columbia, S.C./Richland Northeast), both of whom committed to App State last weekend.
