The Columbia Tribune reported on Tuesday that 6-foot-9 power forward Tony Criswell gave Missouri a verbal commitment for 2012.
Criswell originally signed with Alabama-Birmingham and spent two seasons there before transferring to Independence (Kan.) Community College.
