Class of 2012 guard Joe Bramanti (Andover, Mass./Brewster Academy) put an end to his recruitment on Friday with a pledge to Wright State, according to the Dayton Daily News.

The 6-foot-2 Bramanti chose the Raiders over The Citadel, Jacksonville, Wofford and Rider.

"I pretty much liked everything about Wright State," he told the paper. "The situation was perfect for me. It being far away from home was the only drawback I saw. Athletically, it's a great spot. The facilities are amazing. All the coaches I love, and all the players I love, so it was a perfect spot for me."

Playing along side six future Division I players, Bramanti helped Brewster to a 33-1 record and a National Prep Championship this past season.

Central Florida head coach Donnie Jones landed his second commitment from the 2013 recruiting class on Wednesday, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

6-foot-10, 330 pound center Justin McBride (Strake, Fla./Bradford H.S.) pledged to the Knights over interest from Miami, Jacksonville, Georgia State and South Alabama.

"He's a very skilled player," Bradford head coach Traavis Chandler told the paper. "It's not far from home and on top of that he has family in Orlando, so that played a role as well. He took an unofficial visit there and loved the facilities. He loved that the facilities were brand new and felt at ease with the coaching staff."

McBride averaged 15.9 points and 11.7 rebounds as a junior. He joins point guard D.J. Bowles (Cleveland, Tenn./Cleveland H.S.) as early 2013 commitment for Jones and his staff.

According to ESPN.com's Dave Telep, Jacksonville landed a verbal commitment from shooting guard Jarvis Haywood (Charlotte, N.C./Harding H.S.) on Thursday.

The 6-foot-4 Haywood was originally committed to Winthrop but opened up his recruitment in October. He also had offers from Charleston Southern and College of Charleston.

"Often times the word 'steal' is way overused in recruiting," Telep said. "Let me tell: Jarvis is a steal. I thought he could have played in the A-10 or CAA and Jacksonville stuck with him the entire time. The reason why his value is high is because he can score the basketball. Call him unorthodox or whatever, the kid knows how to turn the scoreboard and he's and efficient player."

Haywood joins guard Brandon Channer (Tampa, Fla./Strawberry Crest H.S.) and center Tyler Alderman (Fishers, Ind./Fishers H.S.) in the Dolphins incoming class.
