ESPN 60 wing Justin Jackson (Tomball, Texas/Homeschool Christian Youth Association), who is ranked the No. 14 overall prospect and No. 3 small forward in the Class of 2014, committed to North Carolina on Monday over Arizona, Ohio State, Texas A&M, Washington and Virginia.
