Yesterday, the first in a potentially long line of dominoes fell when Indiana ended its pursuit of BeeJay Anya (Gaithersburg, Md./DeMatha Catholic). The implications, which Dave Telep spelled out, affected a variety of the best ESPN 100 big men left on the board including, Dominic Woodson (Round Rock, Texas/Huntington Prep), Kennedy Meeks (Charlotte, N.C./West Charlotte) and Noah Vonleh (Haverhill, Mass./New Hampton).

The other major development on Wednesday was that Vonleh cancelled this weekend’s visit to Syracuse. He's still expected to see Indiana next weekend in what will now be his first official visit, which is significant because with the Hoosiers out of Anya’s recruitment, they’re 100 percent focused on Vonleh. Vonleh's recruitment is the common thread that connects the best still-available bigs on the East coast -- a list that includes Jermaine Lawrence (Springfield Gardens, N.Y./Pope John XXIII), Tyler Roberson (Union, N.J./Roselle Catholic) and Austin Colbert (Gladstone, N.J./Gill St. Bernard).
