It seems like everywhere he goes, 6-foot-7 wing Kelly Oubre (Fort Bend, Texas/Bush) leaves his mark on the court. That was the case at Houston’s Under Armour Grind Session last month when he was selected as one of the top five players at the event. It also held true at the prestigious adidas Invitational in Indianapolis over the summer. Oubre has made great strides since I first evaluated him, and he could soon be in line to ascend in the ESPN 60.

"My goals for this season are to win a state championship, play hard and help my senior teammates get exposure,” said Oubre. “Working to move up in the rankings too, although that is not my top priority."

Oubre has a big-time offer list but is still waiting to see where he stands with one school in particular, North Carolina. Right now, he holds offers from UCLA, Kansas, Georgetown, Arizona, Connecticut, Ohio State, Baylor, Missouri, Alabama, LSU, Texas, Texas A&M, Memphis, Oklahoma State, Oklahoma, Kansas State, West Virginia and Houston.
