After recently cutting his list down to six, Tyler Roberson (Union, N.J./Roselle Catholic), the 25th-ranked player in the ESPN 100, has now begun the process of taking his official visits. Last weekend he traveled to SMU and this weekend he’ll head north to Syracuse.
“It was a good visit. I had a lot of fun while I was down there,” Roberson said of his trip to SMU. “Coach [Larry] Brown knows what he’s talking about. They’re rebuilding the program and I think he could help me get a lot better as a basketball player.”
After visiting Syracuse this weekend, Roberson has other visits scheduled at Kansas (Oct. 19) and Kentucky (Nov. 2).
