"I really thought it was the best fit style-of-play wise after watching practice and I liked the athletes that are already in the program," Artis said.
"UCLA is a great program but Dominic thought Oregon was just a better fit for him, they are going to build around him and if you are having second thoughts then you shouldn't commit," Director of the Oakland Soldiers Mark Oliver said.
