Top tandems in college basketball

But within that five-man unit, sometimes it's a special link between just two players that can significantly affect that team’s performance. It’s not unlike a having a great quarterback-receiver combo in football or a great pitcher-catcher duo in baseball.
These tandems I’ve chosen are not necessarily the two best players on their teams. It’s a list based on how much the symbiotic relationship directly affects the success of their teams.
Shannon Scott and Aaron Craft, Ohio State Buckeyes

It’s because backcourt mates Aaron Craft and Shannon Scott are terrorizing opponents with their relentless ball pressure, making it extremely difficult for opponents to get into their offense (Ohio State's opponents have the third-lowest assist rate in the country).
