Irving returns, minutes likely limited
By Nick Borges
Kyrie Irving made a surprise return to the Cleveland Cavaliers starting lineup on Sunday after missing the last eight games with a strained left shoulder. Irving scored 31 points in 29 minutes.
According to the Akron Beacon-Journal, Irving will not play on Monday against the Atlanta Hawks and for the final two weeks of the season he'll probably sit out back-to-back games. His minute should be limited, too, so he can stay healthy for the last few games.
Irving's return allowed head coach Byron Scott to move Shaun Livingston back to the bench. There is still no timeline for Dion Waiters to return to the active roster.
