Jennings' future with Bucks
By Nick Borges
UPDATE: ESPN Insider Kevin Pelton lists the top 10 remaining free agents today, with Brandon Jennings coming in No. 2 on the list. Here's Pelton with more below on where the young point guard is likely to end up.
Brandon Jennings remains one of the top free agents in the market and his situation with the Milwaukee Bucks is still unresolved. Jennings would like to leave the Bucks, but they control his rights as a restricted free agent and they want something in return for the point guard.
Gery Woelfel of The Journal Times offered this on Friday: "For those who think Jennings is now a lock to return to Bucks, guess again. As of this tweet, Bucks still looking at other PGs."
Jennings and the Bucks are a relationship that needs to break up and both have some options. The Bucks can rescind the qualifying offer, which would make Jennings an unrestricted free agent. Should that not occur, Jennings could accept the qualifying offer and that would make him free to sign with any team in 2014. As of today the Bucks have been unable to find a team willing to do a sign-and-trade for Jennings.

"There's been little action on the Jennings front. It's probably Milwaukee or bust for Jennings -- and the Bucks' offer sheet for Jeff Teague, which Atlanta matched, isn't exactly a sign they're committed to Jennings as their point guard of the future. The probability of Jennings playing for the one-year qualifying offer of $4.3 million grows by the day."
