No team has attempted fewer 3-point shots per game than the Memphis Grizzlies this season. They are averaging just 13.6 3-point field-goal attempts each game. For comparison, that's 1.1 fewer attempts per game than the 29th-ranked Chicago Bulls and less than half the 28.9 3-point attempts the NBA-leading New York Knicks are chucking each night. Still, the Grizzlies find ways to create space for their big men to work in the paint, and coach Lionel Hollins credits an old-school approach to the game, according to Grantland.com's Zach Lowe.
