UPDATE: Danny Granger is resuming much heavier activity this week as he works his way back to the court. What's the mean in regards to when he might return to Indiana's lineup? Here's the latest word.
Scott Agness of Pacers.com writes: "After returning from a left knee injury and playing in five games, Granger dealt with above-average soreness. He then limited his work and took it easy these past two weeks. The training staff will monitor how his knee responds to the increased activity. Vogel is hopeful that Granger might return as soon as next week for limited game minutes."
Granger has averaged just 14.8 minutes in the five games he's played this season.
Danny Granger has missed the last six games with a sore knee, but the veteran swingman has been cleared to resume basketball activities. Does that mean he'll be back on the court for Indiana this week?
Mike Wells of the Indianapolis Star reports via Twitter that Granger won't play in any of the Pacers' four games this week, but that doesn't rule out the chance that Granger returns to the court sometime next week if his knee doesn't flare up again.
We'll continue to watch this situation closely, and let you know when more information is available.
