The San Antonio Spurs will host the Detroit Pistons Sunday in the first of what will be many games without Tony Parker, who is expected to miss the next month due to a sprained ankle sustained on Friday. In fact, Ginobili dished out a career-high 15 dimes Friday and Duncan has averaged a double-double in the seven games since returning from his latest absence.
